Frans Hagen:
Program Director
Frans attended the Dominicus Savio College in Lisse, Netherlands and graduated from the Hotel School in The Hague and the Swiss Hotel School in Lucerne, Switzerland. He also completed the two year compulsory draft as SGT-Quartermaster in the Dutch Armed Forces. While in Europe, his experience included several house apprenticeships, while progressing into management positions in many outstanding hotels, restaurants, and the Holland America Cruise Line.
Frans immigrated to the United States in 1962 and spent five years in Cincinnati, Ohio, before settling in Fairfax, Virginia. His employment includes Food and Beverage Management, Marriott Corporation; Executive Food Service Director for Washington-Baltimore region, Hecht-May department stores; Divisional Food Service Director, Choice Hotels, Inc.; Food and Beverage Director , Capitol Holiday Inn, CEO, IHMS Inc.; and Corporate Director, Triple P. USA, Inc.
