Jennifer Lehman:
Membership & Training Director

As Program Director for RAMW-Education Foundation, Jennifer is responsible for handling the Foundation’s administrative and overall operations, managing and promoting RAMW-EF’s ServSafe Food and Alcohol bilingual certification programs (English and Spanish). An experienced educator, Jennifer is excited to move the Foundation forward by supporting and fulfilling the educational mission of the NRA.

Frans Hagen:
Program Director - Emeritus

Frans Hagen is an experienced hospitality “veteran.” As program director of the RAMW Education Foundation, he is responsible for building public and private partnerships in hospitality and culinary arts, and developing career education programs in Washington, DC’s metro-area high schools. In addition to daily operations, he coordinates the Foundation’s continuing education and workforce development programs, initiates fundraising activities, and serves on career and technology education advisory committees.
