ServSafe Alcohol Certification Course and Exam	RAMW members: $89	Non-members: $99
ServSafe Alcohol Certification Retake Exam	RAMW members: $69	Non-members: $79	Please note you can RETAKE the Alcohol exam in Spanish (English / Spanish translation) but the textbook and course are in English
Course fee includes instruction from a registered ServSafe instructor, ServSafe Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service textbook, and exam A 10% discount is available to groups of 2 or more students from the same establishment enrolled in the same class. Participants are encouraged to pick-up their textbook and review the material before their scheduled course and exam date

In this intensive four-hour course you will learn:

• Your responsibility as a seller or server of alcohol,
• Laws restricting alcohol service,
• How alcohol affects the body,
• Assessing a guest’s level of intoxication and preventing them from becoming intoxicated,
• How to identify acceptable forms of identification; learn the proper procedure for checking IDs and dealing with fake IDs,
• Ways to deal with difficult situation, including intoxicated guests and illegal activities,
• and much more!
  
  Participants must register and pay for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 change fee.
