FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I register for a ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification course and exam or ServSafe Alcohol course and exam? A: There are several ways to register for a course. We now have online registration and payment available. You can also download our registration form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to our office.

Participants must register and pay for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 change fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the class date and no shows without prior notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable course fee.

RAMWEF reserves the right to cancel classes up to 3 days before the class date for insufficient student enrollment. Students already signed up for the course will then have the choice to reschedule for the next available class date. There will be no Administration charge should this occur.
